    The good things-employee milestones are celebrated whether personal or professional -fun working environment -annual salary appraisal -weekly attendance allowance -weekly team building (Friday's The Juice) -annual team building activities -top bosses address you by your name -weekday workday -morning shift -travel distance
    The challenges-accounts can be unstable -core business is loan/mortgage, so there are limited opportunities if you don't fit in the role or when an account closes -small pantry

    Feedback on work performance
    The good thingsA weekly feedback was provided to me when I started working for ESC. At first it was hard because I did not really want to be pressured with work during training. I do appreciate it all the more I stayed with the Company as it gave me the chance to see how I am doing and a real time feedback is provided.
    The challengesIt can get busy with so many tasks to be done all at the same time, but nothing beyond what can't be done as a team!

    Milestone recognition
    The good thingsI am happy that my years of service is recognized - may it be on the 3rd month, regularization and yearly basis. Milestones are a big thing to the Company and I get to receive a cake for it each year! Cheers
    The challengesThe pandemic no longer for this benefit to continue and I hope we get to enjoy the same again next time.

    Smooth Application Process
    The good thingsMs. Kei from HR was able to call me the same day that I submitted by application online. She was able to conduct her phone interview smoothly despite limitations of time and my availability. I was not able to push through with the application process as I did not pass my assessment but I felt accommodated and assisted properly.
    The challengesOnline assessment is above average in difficulty. Easier online assessment will help candidates land a job.

    Awesome.
    The good thingsGood Things about the company. They have an attendance bonuses, Weekly The Juice and more and more. Management are very expressive and easy to talk, They try to understand all the needs of their employees. Family Oriented Company and at the same time. Office is great and People from TOP to BOTTOM are all equally the same treatment.
    The challengesEveryday is a challenge but working with people you loved makes you happy. Positive at all times. Those are the traits that this company has. Work is Work. It will not stop but the environment the people and the management is the key to this company. They are awesome!

    Pillars to Success
    The good thingsThe company focused on relationship between the Management and employees which in return strengthen the ties between good management and productivity. These i call pillars to success because a structure won't be strong if not for the pillars that supports it. We call our company, FAMILY!
    The challengesThere were minimal challenges, like all companies face on a daily basis. However, there was never a chance that these challenges were not addressed which made the employees trust and believe the Management even more.
