(GOTESCO) was its first ever retail store located along the bustling street of Claro M. Recto. It was in the year 1971 that the idea of one-stop shop came into being, through the Go Tong Electrical Supply and grocery. Six months later, on 21 October 1971, the first Ever Department Store was born. This marked the entry of a mall concept in retailing, allowing for a unprecedented shopping convenience.A year after, Ever Supermarket was born. It is a Supermarket within the EverMall Complex. The second Branch was established along Samson Road in Caloocan City followed by Ever Grand Central in December 1988. Six months later, Ever Commonwealth Center along Don Mariano Marcos Avenue was established. It was in 1996 that Ever Shoppers, Inc. in Barangay Rosario, Pasig City was opened.Ever Supermarket is a family-oriented and competitively priced retail outlet for the low to middle income market.
