    its all good and happy for staying almost a decade, because the workload and the management and the company is okay. very recommended
    The good thingsthe employees are actually good and its not so strict, you can really adjust.
    The challengesposition promotion is not a priority here. you can do the job of superior as well as increase of salary if approve by management but not the position.

    Very bed experience working here.
    The good thingsI enjoyed working here just because of my co-employees, they are fun to work with and they are the one who lessens my super stressed environment there.
    The challenges1. The Head Officers are not good to their employees. 2. We have 1 hour charity, meaning everday we have to work 10 hours w/o pay. 3. So many demands from the head officers but the salary is not worth the sweat. Ex: They want us to sell 20 eco bags and to have 100 pesos donations for our donation box per day. If wee didn't reach that we have to extend our duty w/o pay. 4. It's really hard for them to release my last salary, maybe 2 months or more before they give that.

    The good thingsThere so many good things in this company, 1st the good values of my workmates and officers, their so very professional in dealing our job and friendly, they help me for my 1st day at work, I learned so many things about accounting, how to analyze and how to manage time
    The challengesWhen the taxation period comes..doing general ledger takes more time to be done in that case we just finish it in 2 months so we need to overtime or double our time to finish it, also it is a challenge to meet some people that you dont know, how to deal with them and how to manage time for the new environment
