ECC Foreign Language Institute of the Philippines Inc. was founded in 1962. It is the largest private institution for English teaching in Japan. ECC Philippines is a subsidiary of ECC Japan in the Philippines. We are a lifelong educational institute and have over 13,000 franchise schools and 400,000 students. ECC has about 180 directory owned schools.It is our goal through the teaching of foreign languages, to contribute to the development of our students' capabilities, international awareness and leadership qualities. In this way, we hope to promote more interaction and understanding among the peoples of the world, thus helping to contribute to world peace.

The admins and staffs are very nice, they are all approachable. Low salary, but if you can stay for a while with the company, you will have lots of students maybe and you'll get around 15k every 30th, aside from your basic pay on 15th.

The good thingsThis is a great company, no pressure and stress. If you're a fresh grad or undergrad, the company will give you a chance to learn and teach Japanese students! They value their employees 100%

One of the Best ESL School

The good thingsIt is fun working here and you can really feel stability working with this company since it has a strong foundation and excellent management. It is organized. The office staffs and teachers are nice. They have a well-designed curriculum for the teachers to use when teaching students. They provide training to all, so you will really learn a lot and develop your skill as a teacher as well as knowledge with the English language. The company supports professional development for their employees who wish to take training, seminars, and master's degree. They acknowledge good performance. They have a good system.

The challengesThe work schedule is from 2PM to 11PM, so sometimes it is really tiring especially when you want to take a nap in the afternoon or want to sleep in the evening especially when you used to sleep early in the evening. Some complains with the system or procedure because they are asked to follow it accordingly since the company has a well-establish system or procedure.
