They provide training to all, so you will really learn a lot and develop your skill as a teacher as well as knowledge with the English language. The company supports professional development for their employees who wish to take training, seminars, and master's degree. They acknowledge good performance. They have a good system.
The challengesThe work schedule is from 2PM to 11PM, so sometimes it is really tiring especially when you want to take a nap in the afternoon or want to sleep in the evening especially when you used to sleep early in the evening. Some complains with the system or procedure because they are asked to follow it accordingly since the company has a well-establish system or procedure.
