Every day we have a very heavy workload and no work-life balance.
The good thingsEvery day we have a very heavy workload and no work-life balance. We are required to work 1–2 hours of overtime daily, and even on holidays we are still required to work. We work six days a week, leaving us with no time for ourselves. Despite all the workload, the pay is not enough to compensate for the amount of work we do.
The challengesThe system and the management should be change
