With investments from Alibaba Group, we now have 1600 employees across our SEA operations in Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam and Singapore.E-Konflux Solutions provides the Call Center Operations for Lazada Singapore, Lazada Malaysia, Lazada Thailand, Lazada Indonesia, Lazada Hong Kong, Lazada Philippines and SEA partners. We provide Customer Service Support, Back Office, Chat and Shared Services Support.E-Konflux Solutions was incorporated last March 28, 2016 and right now has over 400 employees catering to our Lazada sister companies. Our mission is to provide cost effective and value-added business solutions specializing in Content, Quality Control and Editing, Order Administration, and Sellers Support.
