This is a Chinese owned company, so expect that your Salary grade will be so low. To the point that you can't even make ends meet financially. Again, this company is good if you're looking for experience in retail, consumer or maybe you are a fresh graduate. But if you're considering to retire and to work in this company until the end of time, please, think twice. The company can't even provide bonuses or performance incentives. 13th month pay is given LATE December. HMO benefit is just 75,000 annual coverage (WARD). No dependents. No company phone issuance. No transportation allowance. No Rice subsidy or even Christmas Baskets to the employees whatever considering they are a huge retail/consumer company. Think about it.
The good thingsIf you're a fresh graduate and or looking for an experience in retail or consumer, this is a good company to work. The training is good, you'll learn to be resourceful and develop your critical thinking skills.
The challengesInternal offices/departments are so political especially the "elder" employees. This company has the "sip-sip" culture as the more closer you are to the owners, the more you're favored, listened, approved requests even promotions will be granted easily.

The challengesPoor micromanagement skills among some owners, coupled with low salaries and disappointing benefits, make it challenging. Vacation and sick leave are only granted after 1 year and 6 months, and office politics pervades throughout the company.
