    Good for people who are interested with Tech Career in a WFH setup
    The good thingsMy experience working at Dotty was generally positive, with a great work environment and supportive colleagues. Although the company is still relatively in its growth stage, there are plenty of opportunity to learn and cultivate for people who are interested in the tech career.
    The challengesI did find the workload to be quite stressful at times, with tight deadlines and high expectations. Attendance and responsiveness also very crucial to the company since the team is in permanent WFH setup. Despite this, management was understanding and offered resources to help manage stress. Overall, while it was a challenging environment, it provided valuable opportunities for growth and development. I would recommend anyone here who wish to start their careers in design or dev but keep in mind of the fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

    The good thingsCool and working environment, Good and Exciting Activities, The directors and management are very open to its employees, and for career experience wise they have good projects to work on.
    The challengesIt's natural in a company to get stressed working on challenging tasks and working under pressure. I really enjoyed working in this company because I learned how to manage workloads and to manage working in a team.
