    Challenging and unpredictable
    The good things-Have good and challenging projects -good and nice co-workers -they are providing work machine for you -Providing treats occasionally for the employees
    The challenges- Super micro management - They think that you are slacking-off when they can't reach even for just a couple of minute. - Doesn't have a clear briefing on projects, you get to be blame in the end.
