Overall Great Experience with challenging engagement to projectsThe good thingsYou will learn from the baseline approach of the process in dealing with projects, you will be taught how to deal with problems and diverse solutions on how to overcome them. Taking initiative to next steps and creating a solution with each encountered problem or barrier to the projects. I also loved the benefit and perks that this company offers though I was not able to reach 1 year from this company, I can see good benefits given to the employees. It was a great pleasure and a wonderful opportunity having worked with the team, great people, and a good working environment though it's a WFH job.
The challengesI admittedly that I am very weak at the technical side approach in projects, that's why I do tend to ask questions frequently to clear on my end. I do understand that people tend to be stressed with work but it's not really necessary to treat coworkers as competitors but as a team. I always stick to my goal especially in team engagement that says: "We are on the same boat, we paddle together, we strive to reach our goal. Its not a one man's team but a collaborative effort by people who paddles the boat". Moving forward, taking a decision to pursue my learnings especially in management is one of my topmost priorities for now and a part of a challenge to have made the decision is to leave the company.
NOTE: Please add training to PM as well, so PMs would learn at least the tip of the iceberg on every project especially on the technical aspects.
