    So much growth and challenges
The good thingsYou'll have the opportunity to work with the best people in the industry. Great culture and teamwork. Good people and a lot of drinks.
The challengesAt times, there will be pressure, a lot of pressure. But what work that has no pressure?

    Great place to learn!
The good thingsI owe the company the discipline I had in terms of design. A lot of learning and experience gained during my stay with the company.
The challengesIt could be challenging dealing with clients at times but the gain is in the experience and learnings. The support is there.

    Fulfilling experience
The good thingsHad a wonderful time working with professional colleagues. Was offered an opportunity to travel to Australia, meet customers and develop my confidence collaborating with them. Management is very generous giving opportunity to travel, team outing, meals, plus they provide training that helped with my career advancement.
The challengesAny company has its own challenge. The only thing I can remember is timezone difference which we were able to address along the way.

A great place to learn with good company values and work culture
The good thingsI enjoyed working with my mentors and colleagues who taught me and got my back during my stay. Everyone is so friendly and inclusive. I especially loved participating in the company events. I loved being given the right amount of independence on the project that I was assigned to. I loved being able to talk to clients, to come up with prototypes, to have a say on the project I handled, and be consulted when brainstorming solutions. I loved that the directors would send us benefits like care packages and profit sharing at the end of the year to show appreciation for our hard work. I really learned a lot from this company and I wish them more success in the future.
The challengesOne of the challenges the company seems to face is the retention of newly hired employees, and in my own observation and opinion I think that's actually a deliberate choice. I think the company really tests the new employees if they can handle hard situations and not bolt the moment it gets difficult. I can say this because from my experience at the start it was really hard. But, when I kept doing a good job, being proactive, holding myself accountable to my mistakes, standing up for myself, and being friendly and professional, it was smooth sailing from there. There wasn't a day that I had any problems with the company. The only reason I left was because I was starting to feel stagnant and directionless in my career and wanted to take on bigger challenges and responsibilities that I felt the company could not offer at the time. Fortunately, the opportunity presented itself to me later on and it would have been unreasonable for me not to take it. In my case, I think the company can further improve on the career paths and development that they offer. I think more opportunities on being assigned to other projects would be much appreciated by their employees. I also think having initiatives for allowing the employees to explore their passion within the company would be good.

    good projects, poor management
The good thingsProjects are fun and different each time which helps improve my skill as developer.
The challengesManagement doesn’t care with the employee’s wellfare. we are more than 100% utilized and you are expected to catchup on work even if you are a junior. People are always leaving like every month.I wouldnt recommend my friends here unless you are desperate to get work.
