DN STEEL, was born in the construction industry for more than 2 decades now, a company specializing in long span roofing and various insulation products. The year 1992 saw the first most important move the company has taken the importation of its own quality pre-painted coils and roll forming of its own roofing profiles in different applications.With its vast experience in the supply and installation of roofing and insulation materials, the company became known for its RELIABILITY & UNCOMPROMISING SERVICE. DN STEEL (roofing) as it is today was the first to come out with a quality material known as "CLEANLUME” (Galvalume). With a promising feedback from the industry, it added to its credit the first pre-painted version of this aluminum-zinc alloy coated steel sheet, "COLORLUME”.DN STEEL also introduced more superior and quality paint coating which can be used on its raw materials. "SMP” or Silicone Modified Polyester and "PVDF” or Polyvinylidine Flouride are premier paint finishes that are accepted and proven to be more superior than ordinary paint coating. The good thingsat first, I was not expecting too much about what the company can offer. later on, I have known that the company have additional benefits other than that of government mandated benefits. They have medical and seniority benefits like hospitalization and medication assistance and also seniority benefits As soon as you reach 10 years in the company.
The challengesI think maybe the challenging part is when you don't get along well with others, most probably you won't like to stay longer. But if you were flexible enough to adjust with each other's personality, well then maybe you will love working with them.
