    The good thingsas simple as like this, UNAPAY treat everyone equal from agent up to the higher management and everyone treat as a family, you don't feel any stress especially with your task because everyone is very helpful and acknowledge all the concern no matter what, a healthy workplace that you can easily recommend.
    The challengesthe only challenges is how will you complete your daily task and perform to it very well since management offer a reward that can easily motivate everyone to perform and to do their job very well.

    All in all, working here in Unapay is managable and less stress.
    The good thingsJust started working here last Monday. So far, everything is well. They provided training/ overview prior the boarding, the people/workmates and the bosses are okay as well.
    The challengesThe only challenge I see is that the business process is still on the process of 'Trial and Error', to overcome this, you must be fast learner and adaptive to changes.

    The challengesSome of our bosses are located abroad so they dont have close management monitoring to the people. Since they are from outside the Philippines, it is a challenge to meet their expectation as they dont have close monitoring and no clear idea on what is happening and what are the things done by the Ph team on the operations.
