    The good thingsFrom recruitment to hiring to onboarding, the experience was overall positive. The management is supportive with the staff and encourages feedback.
    The challengesAs a relatively young company, it has a lot of processes and standards that can be improved. But since the management is supportive, these gaps can be easily addressed.
