    All in all, working here in Unapay is managable and less stress.
    The good thingsJust started working here last Monday. So far, everything is well. They provided training/ overview prior the boarding, the people/workmates and the bosses are okay as well.
    The challengesThe only challenge I see is that the business process is still on the process of 'Trial and Error', to overcome this, you must be fast learner and adaptive to changes.

    The good thingsDo: The people are very approachable. Hindi ka mahihiyang magtanong. Also, workmates are very jolly. They always have jokes and punchlines. haha The company is also generous.
    The challengesMaybe the printer because we need to connect the usb to the laptop to print, but I know they're working for it.

    The good thingsThe Bosses and head departments are great, they treat you not just an employee but part of a family, a very valuable asset in the team. Their open-door policy enables employees to voice out concerns without the fear of retaliation. And What I enjoy the most about this company is the environment and working with friendly people.

    Fintech Startup on the Rise
    The good thingsI love that the CEO is transparent with what he wants and that he acknowledges that there are certain things out of his control that may contribute to the current situation. The best thing is that all are working towards the same goal. As a young and lean team with a flat org chart, there's no room for politics. Everyone is easy to approach, you won't hesitate to share conversations with colleagues because they're receptive. There's a lot of room to grow as an individual, whether for one's personal or professional well being. I guess this one of the reasons why there's evident drive to get to where we want to be. Big potential, great outlook for the future. I'm in love with the fast-paced environment - teaches me to be more agile and quick on my toes.
    The challengesBetter office and health measures. Processes are just being established at the moment but no doubt, there will be improvements in this area very, very soon.
