    The good thingsGood work life balance and healthy and happy environment.
    The challengesSome of our bosses are located abroad so they dont have close management monitoring to the people. Since they are from outside the Philippines, it is a challenge to meet their expectation as they dont have close monitoring and no clear idea on what is happening and what are the things done by the Ph team on the operations.

    The good thingsAllow their employees to make mistakes, figure things out, to get good at things, and solve problems without breaking their spirit and drive
    The challengesSince it's pandemic the challenge right now is working on site but the good thing is, the company source for options on how they can still protect their employees while working on site.
