DRCG owns and manages more that 3,000 vehicles of which more than 1,100 units are owned by Diamond Rent-a-Car and the balance owned by clients. The organization is run by more than 100 employees plus more than 300 drivers.Diamond Rent a Car ( DRAC), with main office at KM 16, West Service Road, Paranaque City, is a pioneer in the industry that has been in operation since 1977. It is the second largest car rental company in the Philippines. DRAC leases to clients sedans, SUVs, and light commercial trucks. The company offers long term operating lease and lease-to-own rentals as well as daily/weekly/monthly rentals.DRAC maintains branches in strategic locations namely Makati, Calamba, Cebu and Davao.     Overall Growth and Development can be achieved as you move from different deparments.
    The good thingsTop Management's culture is very decent, very sensitive not to demoralize and has compassion to employees.. i learned a lot from the Chairman.the CEO, President. They have Great HR too. Being assigned to various departments for more than a decade prepared me to manage another company from another industry applying the principles, business process and customer service. I love this company.
