    Overall Growth and Development can be achieved as you move from different deparments.
    The good thingsTop Management's culture is very decent, very sensitive not to demoralize and has compassion to employees.. i learned a lot from the Chairman.the CEO, President. They have Great HR too. Being assigned to various departments for more than a decade prepared me to manage another company from another industry applying the principles, business process and customer service. I love this company.

    They don't have a heart for their employees especially for the rank and file. Some managers are not effective on their task. Impulsive inconsistent management decisions. President don't know how to mingle with low rank staff. Snob leadership.
