    Challenging and they want 100% of your time
    The good thingsSalary is on time and OT is paid. Some staff are nice and will guide you. Challenging environment that will truly strengthen you. Not bad if you are looking for experience.
    The challengesno work/life balance. The company always demands for work on rest days. Very low salary for a workload of equal to 3 employees. Filing for a VL is a pain. Poor management. No career growth so work here only for experience. If you are married or caring for a relative, stay away.

    poor management practices,the management does not treat people well,the policies are unacceptable,,the riles and regulations when it comes to sick leave and vacation leave,emergency.,no trainings of the product they sell

    The good thingsofcourse the commission that depends on your sales but also depends in your cashiers . some are fair , some are crocs . so its in your luck to your team haha
    The challengesthe distance between your branch and your house is so horrible . they cannot balance and maximize the location of their S.A to their branch . they will assign you wherever branch what they want. hope to fix this kind of assigment to their staff . its so TIRING

    The good thingsBeen in the company for 7yrs and the only time you will get a reward is when you reach 10yrs working. 10yrs working for minimum wage is useless. better go waste your 10yrs of time in some better company
