    poor management practices,the management does not treat people well,the policies are unacceptable,,the riles and regulations when it comes to sick leave and vacation leave,emergency.,no trainings of the product they sell

    The challengesStarting november, employee are expected to work nonstop during the holiday and you will not have anymore restday until the 2nd week of january

    The challengesThe management are not open to new ideas. Suggestions from staff fall on deaf ears. Too much workload as well, marketing/customer service/logistics human resource is so slow to hire new persons.

    The challengesAlmost every 2 weeks there are people who are resigning so you will have no choice but to keep a pool of candidates. Clearly there is a problem why people keeps on leaving the company but the management is not looking at it.

    The challengesThey dont give commissions on time. If your suoervisor dont like you, they will ask the hr to delay the commissions. They take it personally.

    The challengesWork is not just being buyer. It's like all around. Senior buyer, logistics, audit and customer service. Because many employees are resigning the task are passed to the remaining employees.
