    No teambuilding and reward for the employee
    The good thingsBeen in the company for 7yrs and the only time you will get a reward is when you reach 10yrs working. 10yrs working for minimum wage is useless. better go waste your 10yrs of time in some better company
    The challengesEvery good things you do will not always be rewarded so just work for the salary you are given and dont always work for 100%
