    Finally new OM to lead the team
    The good thingsFinally the old has gone and the new has come. The new OM is very helpful unlike the previous OM who just boss around people. Glad she finally left!
    The challengesThe salary is way too low versus the workload they are giving. I am already busy on operations but also requiring me to help on marketing and customer service.
