Nice company. Excellent flexibility but needs dedicated HR & BD and to expands benefits & leave .The good thingsExcellent flexibility — only one office day per month, with the rest of the time fully remote.
• Competitive base pay and fair compensation structure.
• Strong trust-based culture — no strict monitoring systems, allowing employees to manage their own schedules and deliverables responsibly.
• Reasonable KPIs compared to other recruitment firms.
• Fun and engaging company events such as fun runs, summer outings, Christmas parties, and learning summits — always well-planned and a great way to reconnect with colleagues.
• Young, dynamic, and collaborative team culture, which makes work engaging and fast-paced.
The challenges*Incentive structure could be improved — bonuses are bi-annual - tied to set targets, which can be challenging as the company continues to grow its client base.
*HMO coverage is limited to the principal employee; adding dependents is possible but comes w/ deductions or only after tenure.
*Limited vacation leaves — only 10/ year, no birthday leave. VLs must also be used during mandatory business shutdowns, leaving few remaining for personal use.
*High attrition rate due to the performance-driven nature of the job and the focus on placements, making it hard to maintain stable team dynamics.
*Needs more structure & people-focused initiatives; having a dedicated HR Manager to handle employee relations, engagement, address attrition, and develop career growth programs — helping make the culture more people-centered rather than purely revenue-driven.
* Needs a dedicated Business Development (BD) person to make BD responsibilities more realistic and efficient
