Nice company. Excellent flexibility but needs dedicated HR & BD and to expands benefits & leave .
The good thingsExcellent flexibility — only one office day per month, with the rest of the time fully remote. • Competitive base pay and fair compensation structure. • Strong trust-based culture — no strict monitoring systems, allowing employees to manage their own schedules and deliverables responsibly. • Reasonable KPIs compared to other recruitment firms. • Fun and engaging company events such as fun runs, summer outings, Christmas parties, and learning summits — always well-planned and a great way to reconnect with colleagues. • Young, dynamic, and collaborative team culture, which makes work engaging and fast-paced.
The challenges*Incentive structure could be improved — bonuses are bi-annual - tied to set targets, which can be challenging as the company continues to grow its client base. *HMO coverage is limited to the principal employee; adding dependents is possible but comes w/ deductions or only after tenure. *Limited vacation leaves — only 10/ year, no birthday leave. VLs must also be used during mandatory business shutdowns, leaving few remaining for personal use. *High attrition rate due to the performance-driven nature of the job and the focus on placements, making it hard to maintain stable team dynamics. *Needs more structure & people-focused initiatives; having a dedicated HR Manager to handle employee relations, engagement, address attrition, and develop career growth programs — helping make the culture more people-centered rather than purely revenue-driven. * Needs a dedicated Business Development (BD) person to make BD responsibilities more realistic and efficient

    Great place to work!
The good thingsI’ve really enjoyed all the learning opportunities and the growth I’ve experienced in my role here. Grateful for the constant support from both management, my teammates and for the trust that comes with being able to work from home without feeling micromanaged. It’s made a huge difference in how I show up every day.
The challengesNone at the moment. I’m happy with how things are going and the support I receive.

Good Company that provides work-life balance and professional growth!
The good thingsThe company values work-life balance and promotions are available internally. Management supports and provides internal training for you to grow in your professional role. Seniors are approachable and guide junior members patiently and colleagues are friendly making it easier for you to collaborate easily.
The challengesMeeting your targets monthly - but this is part of the job! You can reach this as long as you strive harder and all your efforts will bear fruit!

A company that inspires you to grow and thrive as a professional
The good thingsThe company is open in engaging in a discussion for process improvements. The management is always open ears for ideas and suggestions. Take for example the learning bites that we have every Thursday, consultants are free to have their own topics to discussed with the team. Topics that are anything under recruitment and corporate world. Consultants get to share their opinions and their personal experiences. They are not afraid to trust young professionals in handling big tasks. Despite recruitment being challenging, the company still values work life balance. They respect their employees and values what they can offer to the table.
The challengesTo be honest none. Working as a recruiter is challenging as it is but working with CD+A makes it fun and exciting. We get to have team day and learning summit where we get to have enjoy, destress, and learn as we go along.
