KPIs are clearly explained, and employees are well supported in their development. CD+A strongly supports work-life balance, and even today, I miss working at this company. They also had a great list of clients when I was with them. The company also recognizes your hard work through recognition and incentives. You will feel the support and encouragement from the Directors with whom you work directly. CD+A is one of the few great companies I've worked with.
The challengesJust My personal preference, when I was working (2014 - 2019), I hope they had a hybrid setup for those who were working far from Makati. Though now, I think they're mostly remote.
