    The management is one of the best. They always consider the welfare of the staff, both mental and physical health. The compensation is above average given the circumstances. So far, this is the best employer I’ve had.
    The good thingsThe company provides a positive environment where there’s room for growth and the opportunity to excel in your work. Moreover, the people I am currently working with are some of the best, and every day is like a fiesta. We laugh with each other and learn from each other.
    The challengesSince I was working on a flexible schedule, at first, the problem I encountered was the different timezone in which I was working. Therefore, lack of sleep was one of the problems I faced. However, the management was also very flexible and open to hearing your thoughts, especially if you are working with different teams. This is the best team I’ve ever had and I couldn’t ask for more.
