The challengesI went for the interview, it was great all the discussion was up to the point they said I am the best candidate and I am highly qualified for the position. they promised me to call for salary negotiation and gave me assurance that I am hired for that position. I was waiting and trying to reach to them for a week, they were ignoring my calls and msgs and then they never contact back. I find it very unprofessional behavior and I was very disappointed by their process and communication skills. should never give false hopes to the employees.

> Whether you are a great employee (especially for fresh grads) or have great outputs and always have positive feedback, you wont be treated fairly
