I would recommend if you’re aiming for salary/benefits , or a supportive work environment.
The good thingsNot recommended if you’re looking for work-life balance and salary. Toxic environment
The challengesWork environment can be frustrating due to strict policies, micromanagement, and long working hours. Some roles expect extended hours or additional responsibilities beyond what you were hired for.

    horrible experience with hiring process
The good thingsthey did 3 steps of interviews in one day
The challengesI went for the interview, it was great all the discussion was up to the point they said I am the best candidate and I am highly qualified for the position. they promised me to call for salary negotiation and gave me assurance that I am hired for that position. I was waiting and trying to reach to them for a week, they were ignoring my calls and msgs and then they never contact back. I find it very unprofessional behavior and I was very disappointed by their process and communication skills. should never give false hopes to the employees.

An okay experience, but not treated fairly
The good thingsThe people I work with are friend, that's all that I can think of, I liked what I did and I am passionate when it comes to my work and skills.
The challenges> Low Salary > Slow process of Salary Increase > Slow process of Health Card, never received it over a year >Fresh Graduates are not treated fairly > No training > Whether you are a great employee (especially for fresh grads) or have great outputs and always have positive feedback, you wont be treated fairly > Leaves are almost non existent. > No notice have been given when there are policies have been changed.

    backward thinking IT company
The good thingshardworking people, conservative culture
The challengesProcesses, Technologies are not within the industry standard. Leave benefits are totally immaterial, deducted every holidays. Very toxic policies. No wonder employees are not growing in this organization and leave too soon. Too many customers are very annoyed with their services.

    Bad company to work for
The good thingsGood and hardworking people
The challengesMicromanagement, long work hours, management loves people who work longer hours, stricter policies, poor incentives, you will be expected to do other job functions other that what is assigned to you as demand calls for it, managers have no Authority; every decision should come from the executive, Skills offered are on-demand basis, no trainings provided, career plans for development are stalling
