    The good thingsThe company itself is good, w/ excellent salary & benefits. They provide laptops, so working from home is possible.
    The challengesThe hiring process took a very long time & the start date kept getting moved, w/c was exhausting. During my time in the company, I experienced mental health challenges that were triggered there. I was later diagnosed & am still on medication. It’s possible I was just placed in the wrong team, but even during training & after moving to production, both the trainer & tenured agents often said we could be terminated, even when we were doing our best. Since I had just been laid off from my previous job, the experience affected.
