Ciudad Medical Zamboanga is a private tertiary, level 2 general hospital located in Zamboanga City. It was established by the Zamboanga Polymedic Hospital, Inc., a stock corporation registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission in 2001. The corporation was formed by leading medical specialists together with civic-minded businessmen of western Mindanao, and as partners they opened CMZ to the public on October 18, 2003.Starting as a 30-bed hospital, CMZ is now the biggest private hospital in the Zamboanga Peninsula region and the southernmost part of Mindanao with 160-bed capacity serving Zamboanga City, the Zamboanga Peninsula and the neighboring islands of Basilan, Sulu and Tawi-tawi as its primary and secondary catchment areas. The current bed capacity will be increased by the time the first phase of the expansion plan will be completed.CMZ gains pride as a member of the network of hospitals of the Mount Grace Hospitals, Inc. (MGHI) since February 2018. As a Mount Grace partner, CMZ continues its journey as a hospital with Performance Excellence from the heart.

The good thingsThe company provides you challenging tasks, but that depends where you are assigned.

The challengesincompetent managers, obnoxious and unprofessional co-workers, bad work culture, you must be very experienced and patient to be working with people like this in the office. :)

The good thingsHospital setting/ provide the medications that all medical staff needs. And every day i learned about the right use of medications.

The challengesThe pressure given by the watcher's of the patients and also the toxic co-worker. But, all is all worth it because i also learned from them.
