    The good thingsThe company provides you challenging tasks, but that depends where you are assigned.
    The challengesincompetent managers, obnoxious and unprofessional co-workers, bad work culture, you must be very experienced and patient to be working with people like this in the office. :)

    The good thingsHospital setting/ provide the medications that all medical staff needs. And every day i learned about the right use of medications.
    The challengesThe pressure given by the watcher's of the patients and also the toxic co-worker. But, all is all worth it because i also learned from them.

    The good thingsIt maintains it's quality and standardize system of care. Even encourage their employees to do their best. Very systematic hospital in Zamboanga. CMZ challenges me to do my best everyday.
    The challengesThe challenge would always be to give your best everyday because your patients needs you. Somehow, handling or caring for patients more than your capacity to handle and yet you were able to do so because of the help of the team that you have.

    worth it!
    The good thingsa hospital's practice that's very close to ideal. we're giving efficient and effective quality nursing care to our patients/clients. Last year (2014), President Aquino awarded the hospital for being one of the best hospital in zamboanga peninsula as it termed as \"Philippine Quality Award\".
    The challengesnone. most of us maintain that harmonious relationship towards our co-workers. we always maintain that respect to them and most especially to our seniors. our seniors manage effectively every misunderstanding or conflicts we've got.
