CMZ takes pride as the first and only hospital that received the Center of Quality accreditation in Region IX from PhilHealth last 2011; and in 2014,as the first hospital throughout the Philippines that received the Philippine Quality Award for Commitment to Quality Management which was conferred by then President Benigno S. Aquino at the Malacanang Palace.Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is one of CMZ’s core competencies with Breast Wellness as its flagship program. CMZ launched the B.R.A. (Bra to Raise Awareness) Campaign Project in February 2014 as an innovative Breast Wellness and Breast Cancer Awareness advocacy project using brassieres. The Project won the Gold Award for CSR at the Asian Hospital Management Awards 2015 conferred in Yangon, Myanmar during the Hospital Management Asia 2015 Convention. In February 2016, the same Project won the Gold Anvil Award (Public Relations Program: Specialized Advocacy Campaign) which was conferred during the 51st Anvil Awards at the Makati Shangri-la Hotel. Other CSR projects include Handwashing Advocacy, Medical Mission and Blood-Letting.
