I do have experienced in Admin and HRD

The good thingsMy present employer done great things towards me. Aside from the high salary that they me. It also enhances my leadership capability and spiritual life. Also, first ever employer who are very kindhearted especially to those in need.

The challengesThe biggest challenge for me is in Recruitment side because I don't have enough experience about it but I learned to coop up for the help of CSC team. Also, I need to make policies like travel order because they don't have proper implementation about the company policies. I need to inform them and refresh their with the company policies and procedures.
