The challengesThe biggest challenge for me is in Recruitment side because I don't have enough experience about it but I learned to coop up for the help of CSC team. Also, I need to make policies like travel order because they don't have proper implementation about the company policies. I need to inform them and refresh their with the company policies and procedures.
