The good thingsBeing part of this company for 18 yrs. is a great opportunity for me to learned more knowledge and experience but I need more career growth on my entire years to excel on my knowledge which I think I can share with other growing company.
The challengesThe management, I think what they need to know is how to keep their loyal employee, that last for more than 5-10 years is enough to keep it and care, So that employee will last until their retirement day.
