It was fun and great. You will learn to make breads and coffees, etc. The experience working here is worth it.The good thingsAll in all, it was fun and great working in Cinnabon. You will learn being friendly always with people with different personalities at the same time maintaining respectful boundaries between them especially with the regulars and supervisors. You will learn to do multi-tasking and manage your time and speed up and double time your way of working and at the same time always doing your job according to standards. You will learn how to train new employees since Cinnabon is always hiring new aspiring bakers. I learned to make coffees, it helped a lot, it gave me that experience and opportunity to work as Barista and Baker as well.
The challengesIn a mall branch where I've been assigned, what challenged me were there were many guests and some with quick tempers, there were so many jobs to do, especially when there were new employees training them what to do diskartes at the same time rendering fast and friendly service to customers. What I do not like in SM North EDSA is there garbage dump side is so far distant that everytime we were going to throw our garbage, we need to go all the way through the back exit from the basement of end of SM City Center to the end of SM North Annex and you need to get back to where you exited. All the hard works of throwing the garbage. I think the security guards of the mall need to be considerate for us employees especially those who uses small push carts that we do not need to go back to where we exit since we already have our own mall ID. All in all, it was fun and great working in Cinnabon.
