    Creating cinnamon rolls. All around duty for the store.
    The good things-Full support from the management especially from the operational. they help the new staff to easily learn to whole standard procedures. -Learn technics to improve communication skills in spoken and written. - Create cinnamon rolls and other bread from scratch -Learn to create drinks hot or cold.
    The challenges- there is no or a little chance to promote after the contract. - Lack of career development after the contract.
