Central Lumber Corporation (CLC) was established in 1946 starting out as a humble lumber store in Cebu City. Cesar C. Sinco, the patriarch of CLC laid out and said what would be the basic path of CLC - “If given a choice between two businesses, one passive and other one active, both earning the same profit, choose the one that creates jobs.”With that, for the next 75 years, CLC actively grew its business exponentially expanding its distribution network across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao and, offering multiple lines of construction materials with thousands of products across brands (Gardner TPI, Eastberg GM, Oregon Wood, Armourwood, White Shield, Geigher Metal Frames, Integra Doors, etc). We have expanded our market and are now catering to residential, commercial and industrial needs. We have retail and wholesale outlets in Cebu strategically located in Mandaue and Magallanes; depots and distribution centers in Cebu, Malabon, Valenzuela, and Batangas. We have paved our way up and become one of the key players in the construction industry. With over 160,000 products, CLC has grown into a complete lumber, hardware, and construction supply company and has become a fully integrated family-owned corporation.Today, CLC has grown to over 400 employees and continues its trajectory of growth living by the enduring principle of our patriarch to continue creating jobs for people.
