To satisfy the requirements of the construction industry for high quality steel bars, CAPASCO relies on its fully-automated billet shop and rolling mills to produce plain and deformed round bars that conform to ASTM and Philippine Standards. .

    The challenges1) 12 hours of work. If you are in production, you are going to need to work even on Sundays. Sunday shifts are kind of hard because you have the 24-hour shift. 2) Some employees do not have their own PPE. 3) Slow promotion for experienced employees. 4) Poor sanitary conditions in most areas.
