I've been working here for a year and two months, and although I don't see myself staying for a long time, it's encouraging to see colleagues who have been with the company for five years or more. There are only a few new employees because most are dedicated and committed to the company. The management treats everyone very well.
The good thingsI am enjoying the work-life balance. Although our section is often busy, there's always time to relax and unwind at home. We only need to be onsite once a month.
The challengesOrientation on tasks is not standard practice, particularly for new employees. You will need to navigate your responsibilities independently and proactively seek assistance when needed. While it can be challenging to find your way initially, the positive aspect is that everyone is willing to offer guidance and support without being condescending or unapproachable.

The challengesPeak seasons where a lot of school need to handle a day and you have to be on your own and take care of the testing materials plus orient teachers and examiners. It is Fun!
