I've been working here for a year and two months, and although I don't see myself staying for a long time, it's encouraging to see colleagues who have been with the company for five years or more. There are only a few new employees because most are dedicated and committed to the company. The management treats everyone very well.
The good thingsI am enjoying the work-life balance. Although our section is often busy, there's always time to relax and unwind at home. We only need to be onsite once a month.
The challengesOrientation on tasks is not standard practice, particularly for new employees. You will need to navigate your responsibilities independently and proactively seek assistance when needed. While it can be challenging to find your way initially, the positive aspect is that everyone is willing to offer guidance and support without being condescending or unapproachable.

It is fun and I loved my work there whether as a contract employee or a part-timer.
The good thingsBeing in a family workplace and enjoyable environment where you work and enjoy at the same time.
The challengesPeak seasons where a lot of school need to handle a day and you have to be on your own and take care of the testing materials plus orient teachers and examiners. It is Fun!

Amazing Work Experience, Great People, Work and Life Balance
The good thingsI enjoyed everything from the start. This is my first job (part-time only), and I could say that even though this is only a part-time, you can still be able to do your things after work as it will not give you any stress and the job is really light. People working here, from the guards to the staff are so friendly and nice. They will really help you to improve and will give you a chance to be promoted especially if you have the potential. Very very recommended!
The challengesThe challenges working here are you need to wake up as early as 3 AM Ph time in order to prepare and go to the testing site. Also, about the salary, it will not actually help you to sustain your everyday needs especially if you have beneficiaries. Salary is best only for the single ones as it is on daily basis ( range from 300 Php - 800 Php )

    Coordination of school testing
The good thingsWhat I like about the job is that you can travel to different places as well as meet different people. Also, it has good overtime pay. It is a good experience for fresh graduates who want to be on educational field.
The challengesYou have to be committed with the work schedule because it varies from time to time. Most of the time, you have to be there as early as 4AM. But, of course, with overtime pay.
