CCT CONSTRUCTORS CORPORATION, one of the country’s pioneers in the construction industry is the result of a joint venture amongst prestigious engineering companies namely: CDCP(Construction Development Corp. of the Phils.- now PNCC), C & A ( C & A Construction Co. Inc. ), and TOYO (Toyo Construction Co. Ltd.). Its initial operation concentrated mainly with marine civil engineering including dredging and reclamation works which highly influences the company to be a specialist in that field. In 1985 however, in its desire to gain more prestige and to widen its scope, CCT started to venture into the architectural field by building industrial facilities and structures. The interest of foreign investors inclined to expand their investment in the Philippines was a very good opportunity for CCT.
