    It was nice working with the company in terms of learning experiences in line with construction as well as working with different kind and level of management, staffs and co-workers

    The challengesI enjoy my current job, but one area of potential improvement is the time and speed of reporting at which we need to improve although during that time other tools and technology were not yet developed during my stay.

    I never thought that I would handle responsibility that a manager must do.
    The good thingsMy co workers are kinda accommodating. They give you free accommodation and shuttle. I value how our foreign bosses appreciate my work. Once they see your worth they will like you as an employee.
    The challengesSome boss are not responsible enough to handle their team. Imbalance treatment of employee. They must know how to handle their stress specially when it comes to work.

    The good thingsTo have a very deep experienced working to CCT Constructors Corporation. For 4 years experienced i learned a lot as a Mechanical Engineer. The top management are very supportive to fellow employee.
