Good if you just want to experience a harsh environment and an imbalance life
The good thingsMaking friends and learning things mostly independently, as vital team supports are mostly non existent. They expect you to learn things right away and all just by yourself.
The challengesWhere do I even start. There's A LOT of challenges. Mainly about bad and toxic management style and a need for change in managerial mindset especially in the cabinetry department. A common negative working culture has been unintentionally practiced and later on, normalized. No clear directions as to what particular procedure are to be implemented. They always decide and react based on what is not there rather than what could be there. Meetings are a waste of time every single day as the topics and issues discussed are only talked about but not acted upon. Fear operation is highly practiced -- they are keen on finding mistakes and blaming are endless and always threaten employees with memos rather than actually changing themselves first. FAVORITSM is like an epidemic within the company. HR? They are inferior than the managers. Expect messages and calls as early as your day starts and even late at nights. And while on an approved leave.

Leadership needs a total overhaul. The misuse of authority, personal bias, and disrespect must stop. Create clear job roles, promote based on merit, and treat every employee with basic human decency. Until the person at the top is held accountable, no real change will ever happen.
The good thingsPros: Some coworkers are nice and supportive. You’ll learn how to deal with pressure and difficult people (though that’s not really a good thing in the long run).
The challengesManagement leads through fear and control. If you’re not personally favored, you’re often assigned tasks outside your role, excluded from important discussions, and gradually pushed out. Biased behavior is noticeable, with inappropriate comments about race, gender, and appearance often overlooked. There is a clear lack of psychological safety—employees operate in fear rather than support. Work-life balance is poor, with messages expected to be answered after hours, during weekends, and even while on sick leave or vacation. Favoritism is widespread, and promotions are based more on personal connections than actual performance. Toxic behaviors such as gossip, blame-shifting, and withholding information are common. Although HR exists, it has limited power to address these problems, and speaking up often leads to backlash. Leadership lacks clear direction, and communication is inconsistent. Overall, the environment is mentally draining, with no real support, growth, or professional dev.

Didn't proceed after the initial interview. At least they're honest.
The good thingsAt least they were honest and very specific about the exact expectations they have from their employees and their applicants.
The challengesWell...they were honest about things like working outside working hours (i.e. working later AND earlier than you would expect), wearing multiple hats than you would expect than the industry expectations of your job title. With the expectations presented to me thus far, I'm not sure if I would recommend working for this company if you want your sanity kept intact. It seems to me they want individuals to act like entire departments.

Mediocre system, no work life balance, weekend onsite work.
The good thingsLove the work culture and co employees helps lessen stress.
The challengesImprove on overall HR system. No work life balance. Pay is low compared to days of work (6 days a week) Very high employee turnover rate for a reason. Average benefits.
