Leadership needs a total overhaul. The misuse of authority, personal bias, and disrespect must stop. Create clear job roles, promote based on merit, and treat every employee with basic human decency. Until the person at the top is held accountable, no real change will ever happen.
The good thingsPros: Some coworkers are nice and supportive. You’ll learn how to deal with pressure and difficult people (though that’s not really a good thing in the long run).
The challengesManagement leads through fear and control. If you’re not personally favored, you’re often assigned tasks outside your role, excluded from important discussions, and gradually pushed out. Biased behavior is noticeable, with inappropriate comments about race, gender, and appearance often overlooked. There is a clear lack of psychological safety—employees operate in fear rather than support. Work-life balance is poor, with messages expected to be answered after hours, during weekends, and even while on sick leave or vacation. Favoritism is widespread, and promotions are based more on personal connections than actual performance. Toxic behaviors such as gossip, blame-shifting, and withholding information are common. Although HR exists, it has limited power to address these problems, and speaking up often leads to backlash. Leadership lacks clear direction, and communication is inconsistent. Overall, the environment is mentally draining, with no real support, growth, or professional dev.

The challengesImprove on overall HR system. No work life balance. Pay is low compared to days of work (6 days a week) Very high employee turnover rate for a reason. Average benefits.
