    I have been having a good learning experience due to the nature of projects assigned to me. Challenges within the context of a project is what I like. Other than this, I can see a lot of room of improvement for management, a lot of politics and drama going on.
    The good thingsAlmost none. My team only because we are part of a good line management unlike majority of the employees.
    The challengesPoor HR services - unclear and poorly documented benefit information, late tax adjustments, occasional errors in payslip due to issues in leave tracking system, leave carry over rule that changes annually but is always announced very late in the year too. Poor management - untimely and poor communication of major changes within the company, poor line management for majority of the employees because line managers are not assessed based on management skills but on designation level. Heavy politics is always on the play. It influences appraisal of individual employees and their project assignments as well as lack of disciplinary actions for low performing employees. Poor culture - the company's idea of culture and engagement is limited to only giving free flowing alcohol for any occassion.

    Recommended for those starter but for those looking for a stable job do not apply, specially for the client contract roles. Upon ending the contract this might also be the end of your contract with them.
    The good thingsWith good benefits especially when you are assigned in the client you will receive a quarterly bonus.
    The challengesYou need to keep up, but even you are doing the best in your career and client doesn't need you anymore it might also be the end of your career with them. Also you will not work with capgem. To IT people you will work outside capgem, on client so stress and work depends on the workload of the client that will be assigned to you.

    The good thingsA lot of opportunity to learn specially for fresh grad. If you have enough exp, i can say competitive salary compare to other companies offering the same position. Allowance is good. There is a monthly event for people engagement.
    The challengesTL's don't have monthly coaching for employees for performance review. Offer low basic salary for fresh grad. They would prefer to promote employees with low basic salary than skilled employees.

    The good thingsLearning curve/Trainings were great. Especially when you're fresh graduate. There's a lot of events and there's a work life balance. Good benefits but average salary if you are homegrown trainee.
