    The good thingsAt first, I was proud to be in our account as the people are very friendly even the higher-ups. Courses available with work-login credentials such as Degreed, Coursera, etc.
    The challengesThere were only a couple of individual who wants to always make it about themselves. I thought we held pride in no politics, but recently the promotions were mainly about how strong your connections are with the higher-ups. How does someone with a cheating issue get promoted over someone with tenurity?
