    The good thingsthe PH staffs are so helpful and kind. The seniors are sharing their experiences with the junior devs.
    The challengesMicromanagement from the HQ is all throughout the place. they dont accept ones suggestions. They dont care about the other branches welfare. They need to improve their management skills

    Good starting point, but not for long-term career building
    The good thingsChill work culture, fixed schedule, and approachable and talented people from both PH and KR. Best for fresh graduates seeking their first job. They will train you for 3 months and start with real work after.
    The challengesSalary is a bit low, and only with basic benefits. Technical growth is limited since most of the tech comes from KR and we only just develop web apps primarily. There are some language barriers but some KR counterparts can understand basic English.
