Brother offers a positive work environment characterised by supportive colleagues and good management practices. Employees particularly value the learning and development opportunities available through various training programs, especially those led by Japanese managers. The company also provides appreciated benefits including shuttle services and team building activities.

Fun, exhausting, training ground for fresh grad or entry level
The good thingsThe environment as an entry level is very challenging. It's best to start in this company. Challenges like deadlines, disagreement to your colleagues, and even supervisor and manager who will support your activities will improve skills. You will have technical, communication, and time management.
The challengesSome of operators, technicians, or leaders were close minded. As an engineer, you need to explain briefly what the activities are all about. Sometimes it will lead to burn out if your subordinates did not agree with you or they're tardy.
